You will shape the global vision for platform experiences across accounting, performance, analytics and data management, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver client-centric solutions.

This role requires deep enterprise product leadership, cloud/data expertise, and a strong track record in AI-enabled features and data visualization within B2B platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading digital products and platforms.
• Proven ability to design and ship client-focused experiences across platforms.
• Experience with data-rich, enterprise SaaS products and complex stakeholder management.
• Strong background in cloud/data infrastructure and AI-enabled product features.
• Expertise in data visualization within B2B platforms and BI/analytics ecosystems.
• Ability to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering strategic projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global vision and strategy for Data & Analytics Platform Experience & Core Capabilities across multiple domains.
• Drive client-first, design-led platform experiences including client portal, SDK, and app marketplace.
• Oversee a team focused on cloud-native, AI-enabled Data Management tooling and technologies.
• Translate client expectations into actionable design and service standards.
• Prioritize strategic initiatives to align current components with long-term vision across people, processes, and tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a development backlog that adds value at each step.
• Manage and motivate product owners and specialists; drive roadmap execution with design, engineering, and data teams.
• Track adoption metrics, telemetry, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Innovate on future-proofing and monetization of channel capabilities, including generative AI.
• Support strategic engagements with key clients through business development.
