Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Program Manager, Global Workplace Strategy to join our Workplace Operations – Facilities & Events team, hybrid from Tacoma, WA or McLean, VA, reporting to the Director, Workplace Operations and Events.

You will drive operational excellence across the global workplace function, optimize workflows, and explore AI tools to scale delivery while collaborating with HR, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Be Prepared — What You Bring items from the ad: project/program management experience, cross-functional initiatives, digital tools/AI workflows, governance, and strong communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Experience working in global workplace, facilities, or real estate programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to assess and simplify global workplace processes.
• Build operating rhythms, intake models, and governance for global work.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements across recurring workplace activities.
• Research and pilot AI tools and automation to improve productivity and delivery.
• Translate business needs into automation requirements with stakeholders.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled solutions and measure impact.
• Support global workplace strategy rollout across regions.
• Lead or coordinate strategic workplace programs from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with regional partners to ensure consistent execution.
• Define and track KPIs and provide executive-ready dashboards.
