Job summary

Infoblox is seeking an Enterprise AI Solutions Lead to guide AI initiatives within IT in Tacoma. You will turn business problems into AI opportunities, prioritize them with leadership, and build or guide AI solutions across functions.

You will ensure governance, security, and value delivery while collaborating with global teams. You will partner with executives to define problems, design solutions, and drive adoption and measurable outcomes, balancing speed and risk in a rapidly evolving AI

Qualifications

12+ years in business systems, solutions consulting, product management or solution architecture.
2+ years hands-on designing generative AI solutions with major providers.
Hands-on experience with agent-building platforms and tools.
Strong prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool use and AI evaluation.
Experience owning a backlog and prioritizing across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to discover AI opportunities and define success metrics.
Map end-to-end business processes to identify AI opportunities and improvements.
Present AI opportunities and secure sponsorship from executives.
Evaluate requests and recommend build/buy/configure options.
Maintain a well-prioritized backlog and provide clear recommendations.
