Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Global Equity Administrator to join the Total Rewards team. Based in Seattle/Tacoma or remotely within the United States, you will manage Infoblox’s equity compensation programs, ensuring accurate transactions, robust data, and strong controls while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Talent Acquisition to scale equity operations, implement automation and AI-enabled tools, and support public-company readiness,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct equity administration experience.
• CEP designation preferred.
• Experience with stock options, RSUs, and equity awards.
• Experience with equity platforms (E*Trade, Fidelity, Shareworks).
• Strong data management, reporting, and Excel skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs across the full award lifecycle.
• Process new-hire, promotion, refresh, and other equity grants.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of the equity management platform.
• Reconcile activity across systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate grant approvals and maintain records.
• Provide clear explanations of plan provisions to employees.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports and dashboards.
• Support SOX controls, audits, and public-company reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
