Ripple Inc. is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to oversee tenant improvements across its global footprint in a fast-paced environment.

You will own projects end-to-end from planning to closeout, manage external teams and internal partners, and ensure design intent, budget, and schedule commitments are met.

This role requires strong collaboration across Operations, IT/AV, Legal, and Business Units, and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in interior tenant improvement and commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience managing projects with values from $100K to $50MM+ and strong budget control.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of tenant improvement projects across Ripple’s global footprint.
• Manage external teams: architects, engineers, GCs, cost managers, and vendors.
• Develop scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategies, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Workplace Operations, IT/AV, Security, Legal, and business units to ensure harmony and compliance.
