Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Workplace Project Manager in New York to own end-to-end tenant improvement projects across its expanding global portfolio. You will lead external teams and coordinate with internal groups to deliver exceptional spaces while maintaining budget and schedule.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Design and Construction and requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior tenant improvement and commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent tenant improvement projects across Ripple’s global footprint.
• Lead outsourced delivery teams and ensure design intent, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Define scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and delivery strategies with stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, change orders, and vendor contracts.
• Prepare status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
