Job summary

Roblox is seeking an International Operations Manager to drive the operational cadence across the company’s international structure. You will lead cross-functional execution, plan resources, and produce executive-style reporting to keep global workstreams aligned and delivered on schedule.

The role is full-time and hybrid, based in the San Mateo, CA area, with in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays and potential presence on other days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or cross-functional project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead cadence and operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews and cross-region alignment.
• Oversee work item prioritization, project planning, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
• Manage master project plans, timelines, and dependencies; drive follow-ups and accountability.
• Define and track core operational metrics and executive reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate with country teams and HQ to produce status updates, risks, and next steps.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Maintain playbooks for repeatable workflows across global teams.
• Serve as the operational point of contact between country teams and HQ.
