Perplexity, a global company, is seeking a Global Workplace Business Operations Lead to scale the Workplace Experience team across our global offices. You will set the operating framework for your areas, drive planning, and own portfolio delivery with hands-on execution to meet strategic goals.

Competenze

• 8+ years in workplace business operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs or a closely related field.
• Project and program management expertise with multi-site delivery.
• Experience delivering office buildouts, relocations or capital improvements.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment with forecasting and reporting.
• Experience building an operating framework with governance and performance measures.
• Leadership across organizational boundaries, capable of securing commitments and aligning priorities.
• Hands-on ownership and sound judgment, able to manage portfolio-level trade-offs while staying accountable.
• Helpful, not required: international portfolio experience or related project-management credentials.

Mansioni

• Own the Workplace operating framework: lead annual and quarterly planning, translate strategy into priorities and resource plans, set decision rights and measures of success.
• Lead internal capital-project delivery across office openings, refreshes and capital initiatives with external PMs and internal teams.
• Own portfolio controls and insight: lease administration, obligation tracking, space data, and portfolio reporting.
• Drive financial planning and performance: forecasts, actuals and variance analysis in partnership with Finance.
• Set the systems and reporting roadmap: requirements for workplace tools and governance, improve data quality and automate repeatable work.
• Lead EHS program governance: risk-based plans, responsibilities, and remediation across offices and remote populations.
• Set standards for delivery and handover: project playbooks, design standards, occupancy requirements, and transfer to local ops.
• Serve as a senior operating partner: cross-functional reviews, clear recommendations, and accountability across partners.
