• 7+ years leading global workplace experience and related functions, preferably in tech.
• Ability to navigate sensitive workplace situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience supporting multiple offices or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of global Cresta offices for high-quality workplace experience.
• Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy aligning business needs.
• Own workplace safety strategy and regulatory compliance across all locations.
