Job summary

Gigs in New York City is seeking a Workplace Manager to shape the physical spaces where our culture comes to life across our hubs and pads. You will oversee operations, hospitality, and community-building to create spaces that are high-functioning and human.

This role involves building vendor relationships, designing scalable processes for bookings, access, inventory, and tech setup, and collaborating with People Ops and Founders Office to align in-person and remote-friendly work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations or employee experience in international settings.
• Able to collaborate across time zones and functions with clarity and warmth.
• Organized, proactive with a bias for action; comfortable hands-on and strategic thinking.
• Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience of Gigs Hubs & Pads across multiple cities; ensure operational excellence.
• Build and manage vendor relationships from facilities to food; balance quality, cost and experience.
• Design and scale processes for bookings, access, inventory and tech setup.
• Partner with People Ops and Founders Office to align in-person work with remote-flexible model.
• Bring energy to community building: informal gatherings, milestones and belonging.
• Support logistics for company-wide offsites and executive meetings.
• Influence future workplace strategy and expansion plans.
• Champion sustainability, accessibility and inclusivity in spaces.
