Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence to join the Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Planning COE. This executive analytics role translates strategic workforce questions into structured analysis and advises senior leaders on workforce and org implications.

You will lead enterprise workforce intelligence, set OE metrics, partner with HR, finance and business units, and guide transformations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in strategic workforce planning, org design/operating model, and organization analytics.
• 6+ years with Workday and workforce planning/tools (OrgVue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Deep expertise in organization effectiveness and strategic workforce planning.”
• Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) capabilities for ad-hoc modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct enterprise workforce intelligence analyses to identify insights and risks.
• Monitor organizational health, productivity, and anomalies across units.
• Lead headcount reporting and integrate with finance and commercial teams.
• Advise on time-sensitive executive inquiries with data-driven insights.
• Develop targets and benchmarks for workforce planning and OE metrics.
