Job summary

Mars in the United States seeks a Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence to lead workforce analytics, translate strategic questions into actionable insights, and advise executives on workforce and OE metrics.

The role partners with HR, finance, and business leaders to establish enterprise standards, develop KPI dashboards, and monitor organizational health using advanced tools such as Workday, OrgVue, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
8+ years in strategic workforce planning, org design and analytics.
6+ years in management consulting or equivalent in-house at a global multi-unit company.
6+ years with Workday and workforce planning tools (OrgVue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan).
Deep expertise in OE and strategic workforce planning frameworks and benchmarks.
Proven enterprise-wide OE metrics development and cross-functional integration with HR/Finance.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the COE's Workforce Intelligence agenda to enable planning and monitor health, productivity, and effectiveness.
Advise on benchmarks and targets for workforce planning and OE; develop executive-ready insights.
Provide thought leadership on AI transformation impact on metrics for workforce planning and OE.
Translate ambiguous executive questions into hypotheses and structured analyses; influence decisions.
Deliver compelling executive presentations on trends, risks, and opportunities.
