Job summary

Mythics, LLC seeks a Global Workforce Manager to optimize consulting talent deployment across Solution Domains and Delivery teams. You will align capacity with client demand to maximize utilization, revenue, and margins, while leading workforce planning, forecasting, and governance across the global consulting organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or related functions in professional services or consulting.
• Experience supporting multi-practice staffing across domestic and global delivery.
• Experience developing capacity plans, workforce forecasts, utilization reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly staffing processes in partnership with domain and delivery leaders.
• Ensure consultants are aligned to projects by skills, certifications, experience, bill rates, and performance history.
• Maintain real-time view of assignments, end dates, extensions, availability, and forecasted staffing moves.
• Lead staffing governance and escalation on conflicts impacting utilization or revenue.
• Develop capacity plans and prioritize hiring in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Delivery Leadership.
• Monitor bench trends and propose interim assignments or internal initiatives to optimize deployment.
