Job summary

Transdev is seeking a hands-on Forecast and Planning professional to support international operations from the San Francisco area. You will manage global staffing planning, performance metrics, and service level management with day-to-day ownership across data and reporting.

The role requires coordinating across time zones, building forecast models, presenting plans to stakeholders, and partnering with operations, HR, and training to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/logistics/transportation.
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience in tech/start-up/AV industry preferred.
• Strong background in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecasts for international clients and markets.
• Build staffing forecast models and reports across global teams.
• Coordinate across time zones and cultures for global operations.
• Develop staffing, hiring, and training plans with other departments.
• Present plans to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Design dashboards and tools to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with data analysis to build relevant reports.
• Mentor peers to promote bottom-up decision making.
• Participate in client meetings to differentiate Transdev.
