Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Forecast and Planning Manager to join the Global Staffing team. You will support operations across international regions by developing staffing forecasts, models, and reports, and coordinating cross-market activities with multiple stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires executive presence and day-to-day ownership of data, dashboards, and process improvements, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience required.
• Experience in tech/start-up/AV is a plus.
• Strong background in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Proficient with international labor laws and cross-border employment.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and build staffing forecast models for international clients.
• Develop and maintain staffing reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-border operations and time zone differences.
• Collaborate with HR, training and operations to meet demand.
• Present plans to stakeholders and manage plan execution.
