Job summary

Mars UK is seeking a Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence to lead analytics for the Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Planning COE. This role translates strategic business challenges into structured workforce intelligence for executive decision-making and enterprise standards.

You will partner with P&O, finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and analyses that shape workforce planning and org effectiveness at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field (I/O Psychology, MBA, HR, Business Analytics).
• 8 years of experience across strategic workforce planning, org design/operating model, and organization effectiveness analytics.
• 6+ years in Management Consulting or equivalent in-house experience at a global multi-unit company.
• 6+ years with Workday and workforce planning/tools (OrgVue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Deep expertise in organization effectiveness and strategic workforce planning metrics and benchmarks.
• Experience establishing enterprise-level OE metrics and integrating HR/finance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the COE’s Workforce Intelligence agenda to enable planning and monitor organizational health, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Advise on benchmarks and targets; present to senior leadership; translate questions into hypotheses and analyses.
• Lead enterprise workforce Intelligence analysis and reporting; monitor organizational health and identify risks.
• Drive enterprise metrics governance; partner to integrate metrics into strategy, planning, and risk management.
• Provide data-backed insights on future workforce trends and risk analysis.
