Job Description

The Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence is a key member of the Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE). This is a high-impact position for an experienced workforce analytics consultant with functional expertise who excels at translating strategic business challenges into structured workforce intelligence and executive action. • Demonstrated ability to serve as a translator between senior P&O (HR), finance, and commercial leaders, aligning disparate stakeholder groups around a shared understanding of the strategic implications of workforce data
  • Exposure to how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing SWP and OE, including: familiarity with emerging AI-driven metrics and enhanced workforce intelligence, including skills-based organization design, and measuring AI-human productivity
