Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead Global Workforce & Organization Effectiveness Intelligence. You will translate strategic questions into structured analyses, advise senior leaders, and establish enterprise-wide OE metrics.

The role partners with HR, finance, and business leaders across the enterprise to drive decision-ready insights. You will define what to measure, how to measure it, and how to monitor organizational health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 8 years of experience across strategic workforce planning, org design/operating model, and organization effectiveness analytics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent in-house experience at a global multi-business unit.
• 6+ years of experience with Workday and workforce planning tools (OrgVue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Deep expertise in OE and strategic workforce planning frameworks, metrics, and benchmarks.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise-level OE metrics and integrating HR/finance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) capabilities.
• Ability to translate executive questions into structured analyses and insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting: lead the COE Workforce Intelligence agenda to enable planning and monitor organizational health.
• Provide thought leadership on AI transformation and workforce metrics; deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Enterprise Workforce Intelligence & OE Intelligence: design analyses, synthesize data, monitor health and productivity.
• Lead enterprise headcount reporting; analyze impact of operating model changes and transformations.
• Enterprise Metrics & Governance: develop enterprise metrics and integrate them into strategy and risk management.
• Serve as the lead consultant on time-sensitive executive inquiries with data-driven insights.
