Mars is seeking a Senior Manager Global Workforce & Organizational Effectiveness Intelligence to translate strategic challenges into structured workforce intelligence for executive decision-making. • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years across strategic workforce planning, org design/operating model, and organization effectiveness analytics.
• Minimum 6 years in Management Consulting advising on organization effectiveness, operating models, and workforce planning OR in-house at a global multi-business unit company.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting for COE Workforce Intelligence agenda.
• Lead workforce planning and monitor organizational health, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Advise on benchmarks and targets for workforce planning and OE.
• Provide thought leadership on AI transformation impact on metrics.
• Translate executive questions into hypotheses and structured analyses.
• Deliver data-driven executive insights through presentations to senior leadership.
• Develop enterprise metrics for workforce planning and OE; align with strategy and risk management.
• Lead enterprise reporting and integration with finance, HR, and commercial teams.
