Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., I/O Psychology, MBA, HR, Business Analytics) is preferred.
• 8+ years across strategic workforce planning, org design/operating model, and organization effectiveness analytics.
• Minimum of 6 years in Management Consulting or 6 years in-house at a global multi-business unit company in OE/workforce planning.
• Minimum of 6 years with Workday and workforce planning tools (OrgVue, Visier, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan).
• Deep expertise in OE and SWP frameworks, metrics, benchmarks, and leading practices.
• Experience establishing enterprise OE metrics and integrating HR/finance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) abilities for ad-hoc modeling.
• Ability to translate questions into structured analytical plans and deliver high-impact insights.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into aligned workforce data strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven metrics and skills-based organization design; SQL and data lake concepts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting: design and lead the COE's Workforce Intelligence agenda; advise on benchmarks and targets; present insights to senior leadership.
• Enterprise Workforce Intelligence & Org Effectiveness Intelligence: conduct analyses, monitor health, lead headcount reporting, assess impact of transformations.
• Enterprise Metrics & Governance: develop enterprise metrics, integrate into strategy and finance planning; oversee governance and tool requirements.
