Job summary

Amazon's Workforce Staffing (WFS) Transformation team is seeking a Program Manager to lead analytics-powered initiatives that optimize global recruitment across tier 1 associate hiring, impacting millions of hires and applications annually.

You will own strategy, execution, and delivery of programs using SQL, data visualization, and generative AI to drive measurable business outcomes, translate data into insights, and build scalable solutions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 3+ years of processing large multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
• Experience defining program requirements with data-driven improvements.
• Strong written and oral communication with all organizational levels.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for data analytics and process engineering initiatives across global workforce staffing operations (1M+ hires, 5M+ applications annually).
• Own program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for analytics solutions—dashboards, automated reporting, and insight generation.
• Lead process engineering to standardize metrics and build scalable frameworks for efficiency and quality of hire.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate insights for workforce planning and attrition signals.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate insight generation and automate workflows.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across geographies and translate insights into recommendations tied to must-win goals.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver executive-ready white papers and presentations.
