Fortna is seeking a Workday Reporting & Security Analyst to join the Workday Support team. You’ll design and optimize reports, dashboards, and People Analytics, while maintaining secure access and privacy controls. You’ll partner with HR and senior stakeholders to translate workforce trends into actionable insights.

• Configure, maintain and advise on security within Workday application.
• Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and security implications.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for workforce analytics.
• Audit system roles and access logs to verify accuracy and compliance.
