Job summary

TikTok is hiring for a senior product leader to own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Center System (DCS) for its global e‑commerce fulfillment network. You will drive end‑to‑end product development, partner with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams, and push for automation and scalable solutions across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field with 3+ years in product management for warehouse/logistics tech.
Strong understanding of WMS and fulfillment operations; experience with core domains like inbound/outbound.
Familiarity with warehouse automation tech and systems integration with WMS.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, planning, and design of WMS and DCS for global e‑commerce fulfillment.
Own end‑to‑end development for core warehouse operations and optimization.
Drive automation capability development by integrating WMS with ASRS, AMR/AGV, conveyors, and WES.
Understand global fulfillment ops to build scalable, configurable platform capabilities.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data, and Supply Chain to deliver launches.
Leverage data and insights to improve warehouse products and processes.
Stay at the frontier of warehouse tech and AI‑powered operations.
