Job summary

East Coast Warehouse & Distribution is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Warehouse Management System portfolio. You will own the WMS roadmap, define product strategy, and collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable technology across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems in a distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL environment.
• Experience leading WMS implementations, system enhancements, or major business process improvements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and onboarding.
• Proven ability to collaborate with both operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for East Coast Warehouse's WMS ecosystem.
• Develop and prioritize product enhancements based on value, customer requirements, and business strategy.
• Evaluate emerging warehouse technologies and recommend future capabilities for growth.
• Manage the application lifecycle from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
