Optos is seeking a Website Manager to drive website experience excellence and manage the global web footprint across Optos properties. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, ensure security, on-brand content, and optimize the customer journey across Optos' properties.

Collaborate with the global marketing team and third-party agencies on SEO and site enhancements, leveraging GA4 and DXPs to boost traffic and engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in website design and development within a marketing function.
• Excellent SEO management skills.
• Experience with GA4 and data-driven analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with enterprise-level digital experience platforms (DXPs), such as Optimizely, Sitecore, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully managing global website properties.
• Strong understanding of web design and user experience best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and resources to meet business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Assume global responsibility for all Optos website properties, including content management, APIs, translations, and alignment with Optos brand, strategy, and standards.
• Plan, create, implement, manage, monitor, and update website properties.
• Manage third-party relationships supporting website development and design.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal requests related to website edits, updates, and content additions.
• Develop strategies to improve website traffic and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure website compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Evaluate competitor websites and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain current website domain registrations and hosting services.
