Job summary

Electric Machinery Company, a division of WEG Electric Corp., in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Warranty and Technical Support Supervisor to lead the US/Canada service and warranty functions. You will coordinate with global factories, manage warranty decisions, and drive cost recovery while ensuring timely, clear communication across time zones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5–8 years of experience in technical support or warranty management, with strong leadership and SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent technical experience.
5–8 years of experience in technical support, service engineering, or warranty management.
Demonstrated experience leading teams or complex technical projects in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the service technical support and warranty functions for the United States and Canada; ensure rapid, high-quality responses to customer inquiries and product issues.
Coordinate warranty decisions with global factories; solicit engineering support when needed and govern the warranty validation process.
Oversee warranty case management and cost recovery; ensure timely documentation and closure in SAP.
