Job summary

You will mentor teams, manage carrier relations, negotiate rates, and track KPIs like on-time delivery and cost metrics while coordinating global shipments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred for broader scope.
• Experience with WMS/TMS and ERP systems is essential.
• Strong analytical and cost-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and transportation operations across multiple sites.
• Negotiate carrier rates and manage carrier performance reviews.
• Develop KPIs to measure on-time delivery and costs.
• Coordinate global shipments with import/export compliance.

Education
