Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or site services within a technical infrastructure or data center environment.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and holding vendors accountable to standards.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Experience using data analytics to monitor performance and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize regional logistics operations for data center sites across multiple facilities.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and site services vendors against SLAs and performance metrics.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor regional logistics performance and drive improvements.
• Lead process standardization to support data center growth and ensure operational consistency.
• Partner with procurement, finance, and compliance to ensure SOX adherence across logistics.
• Serve as regional SME on technical logistics and influence inventory systems design and network layout.
• Develop cross-functional roadmaps aligning with infrastructure objectives.
• Assess and integrate ERP, WMS, and TMS to support a cohesive regional logistics ecosystem.
• Analyze business changes and implement risk mitigation for continuity.
• Travel approximately 30% to regional data center and infrastructure sites.
