Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead Connectivity Capacity Deployment Operations, moving data center hardware from the distribution network to live capacity. You will partner across warehousing, transportation, 3PLs, and planning to scale operations and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth area.

You will own end-to-end deployment planning, KPI tracking, and process improvements with high visibility across Meta's multi-echelon supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/3PL/transportation/supply chain roles.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization and leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with logistics systems (WMS/TMS/OMS) and ERP.
• Ability to travel ~25% across North America for on-site management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce allocation frameworks directing inventory toward high-impact programs.
• Triage competing requests using clear criteria and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization forums to align on shortages and drive down gaps.
• Refine prioritization rubrics based on post-mortem learnings and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day deployment planning to move data center hardware to deployed capacity.
• Manage movement of goods with efficient operations and on-time delivery schedules.
• Align on value-added services (VAS) across 3PLs and internal partners to meet needs.
• Oversee on-site 3PL and warehouse operations ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Define standards, metrics, and SOPs to maximize deployment efficiency.
• Track KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, cost reporting) and act on bottlenecks.
• Support root-cause analysis on inventory discrepancies incl. SOX requirements.
• Assess supply chain costs per program to clarify impact on performance.
