Job summary

Meta seeks a Regional Logistics Operations Specialist to lead site services and technical logistics across a regional data center portfolio. You will manage third-party providers, standardize processes, and ensure inventory accuracy and SOX compliance across sites.

You will partner with data center operations, procurement, and finance to optimize logistics workflows, support hardware asset lifecycle management, and align with Meta's infrastructure supply chain standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of logistics, supply chain operations, or site services in a technical infrastructure or data center environment.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and holding vendors to performance and compliance standards.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and supply chain reporting tools.
• Experience identifying process gaps and designing scalable logistics processes across multiple regional sites.
• Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance within logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience using data analytics to monitor performance, identify improvements, and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize regional logistics operations for data center site services, including inbound/outbound freight and inventory control across multiple facilities.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and site services vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and strong performance metrics.
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to monitor regional logistics performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Lead standardization efforts for regional sites and develop scalable logistics workflows to support data center growth.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance to ensure adherence to SOX requirements.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert on technical logistics and influence decisions on inventory systems and network design.
• Develop and maintain aggressive operational roadmaps with partner teams to align with broader infrastructure objectives.
• Assess cross-functional systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and integrate them for a cohesive logistics ecosystem.
• Analyze business changes' impact on logistics and implement risk mitigation for continuity and compliance.
• Travel ~30% to regional sites for vendor reviews and on-site process improvements.
