Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead Connectivity Capacity Deployment Operations. You will own end-to-end logistics, partnering with internal teams to scale, drive efficiency, and manage escalations across warehousing, 3PLs, and deployment planning.

You will operate autonomously on ambiguous problems, supporting Meta’s growth in 2026 with multi‑echelon supply chain execution and seven days of operations coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization and solve complex problems.
• Experience with logistics systems (WMS/TMS/OMS) and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Define allocation frameworks to move constrained inventory to high-impact deployments.
• Triage requests using criteria like revenue impact and deployment criticality; communicate trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization forums to minimize shortages for deployments.
• Coordinate day-to-day deployment planning to move data center hardware into live capacity.
• Manage movement of goods with efficient scheduling for on-time delivery.
• Align value-added services across 3PLs, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee on-site 3PL and warehouse operations ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Define standards, metrics, and SOPs to maximize deployment efficiency.
• Track KPIs and perform root-cause analysis on inventory discrepancies.
