Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager - International in New York City. The role oversees international warehouse and logistics operations with third-party providers to ensure inventory accuracy, secure handling of equipment, and reliable execution across global workflows.

You will partner with data center, engineering, and security teams to align schedules, manage exceptions, and drive compliant, scalable processes for end-of-life handling of critical hardware.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and data analysis.
• Experience negotiating service levels with third-party logistics providers.
• Familiarity with freight (LTL, FTL, parcel) and related documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for electronic equipment shipping.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to create robust processes and manage operational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for international locations with third-party providers
• Ensure inventory accuracy and track all infrastructure hardware
• Plan and execute freight operations and manage shipment exceptions
• Manage third-party logistics, including onboarding and performance reviews
• Collaborate with data center, engineering, and security teams for schedule alignment
• Handle returns and end-of-life equipment securely and compliantly
