Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager - International in New York City. The role oversees international warehouse and logistics operations with third-party providers to ensure inventory accuracy, secure handling of equipment, and reliable execution across global workflows.

You will partner with data center, engineering, and security teams to align schedules, manage exceptions, and drive compliant, scalable processes for end-of-life handling of critical hardware.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and data analysis.
• Experience negotiating service levels with third-party logistics providers.
• Familiarity with freight (LTL, FTL, parcel) and related documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for electronic equipment shipping.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to create robust processes and manage operational complexity.

This role will oversee international warehouse and logistics operations with third-party providers, ensuring inventory accuracy, secure handling of infrastructure hardware, and reliable execution across complex global workflows. The position will partner closely with data center, engineering, and security teams to align schedules, manage shipment exceptions, and maintain high operational standards. The successful candidate will help build scalable processes, strengthen compliance, and support the efficient movement and end-of-life handling of critical equipment. Location: New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $405,000 – $485,000 annually
