Anthropic is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee international warehouse operations, manage third-party logistics providers, and ensure precise inventory control of data center hardware and spares. Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Strong inventory control and asset tracking skills.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to travel to sites in the US as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across international locations through management of third party logistics providers.
• Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables.
• Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers and managing schedules.
• Coordinate with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines.
• Build and document standard operating procedures and train staff.
