Job summary

Dover Corporation seeks a Warehouse Manager to direct daily shipping, receiving and inventory control, leading end-to-end material movement and domestic/international logistics. You will supervise warehouse staff, drive OTD metrics and enforce safety programs to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years logistics coordination experience including domestic and international shipping/receiving.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with SAP ERP and MRP platforms is heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule warehouse personnel across receiving, material handling, picking/packing, and outbound shipping.
• Drive on-time delivery, packaging accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations and optimize space utilization.
• Enforce OSHA compliance with regular safety audits and hazard assessments.
• Oversee forklift/PIT safety program and daily operator inspections.
• Manage cycle counting, root-cause analysis of variances, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for training and process discipline.
• Handle RGA, outside processing, and service orders; coordinate multi-site shipments.
• Comply with Dover Routing Guide and alliance partner network for freight.
