• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain required or equivalent.
• APICS or ISM certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing/warehouse operations with leadership.
• Proficient with ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet production and shipping demands.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
• Plan storage, goods placement, and inventory control across the warehouse.
• Oversee receiving, auditing, and paperwork (POs, transfers).
• Develop and coach a high-performing team; conduct training and evaluations.
• Manage forklift and other equipment operations and maintenance.
• Implement process improvements and drive cost/time savings.
• Lead meetings with staff and management to review performance.
