Job summary

FedEx Logistics in East Point, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support site operations under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklift and RF devices, receiving inventory, and ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will also coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain organized work areas, and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years of relevant Warehouse or related experience.
• Knowledge of distribution activities.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for freight compliance.
• Ability to operate MHEs (forklifts, pickers, reach-trucks) safely.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload freight from trucks and pallets.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, pickers, and reach-trucks safely.
• Receive and sort inventories by SKU/PO#; process damage exceptions.
• Handle returns or inbound freight in WMS.
• Coordinate and carry out warehouse and gateway activities efficiently.
• Direct temporary labor and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support TSA cargo screening records and compliance.
