Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Atlanta area to support operations across CFS/FTZ, distribution, and cross-border activities. You will load/unload freight, operate forklifts and RF devices, and manage inventory with WMS accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and cross-training within a dynamic team. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehouse roles, and experience with international freight operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Three years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Three years or more in International Freight Forwarding warehouse operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of distribution activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to be certified on all Machine Handling Equipment (MHEs) within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload floor loads or palletized freight from trucks.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and compliantly.
• Receive and sort inventories by SKU and PO#, process damage exceptions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow TSA and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee warehouse and gateway activities across multiple accounts.
• Reconcile paperwork and cargo, and generate WMS reports for cycle counts.
