Job summary

Brady Corporation, a Milwaukee-based industrial technology leader, seeks a Director of Global Visual Workplace Safety Product Management to lead a team shaping strategy, development, and commercial execution for a diverse safety portfolio. You’ll partner with R&D, Operations, and regional teams to translate market needs into a differentiated product line.

You will drive digital and services expansion, mentor Product Managers, and influence across engineering, sales, and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with hardware and software/services.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Experience with distribution partners and direct/eCommerce channels.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ISO).
• Proven ability to manage a complex multi-channel portfolio.
• Strong commercial instincts including pricing strategy and P&L awareness.
• Track record of successful product launches across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and maintain a prioritized portfolio across physical, digital, and services-based safety solutions.
• Own global VWS product roadmap and align with Brady’s strategy.
• Engage with distribution partners and end customers; build compelling business cases.
• Expand into software, digital workflows, and safety services; justify investments.
• Promote rigorous product management discipline across the VWS organization.
• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers and Product Managers across regions.
• Mentor Technical Product Managers on safety markets and lifecycle governance.
• Contribute to Global product leadership and Brady’s growth priorities.
