Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Director of Global Product Management for the Visual Workplace Safety (VWS) portfolio. You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for strategy, development, and commercial execution of Brady's safety products, software, and services across physical and digital offerings.

Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Sales, and regional teams to translate market needs into a differentiated, scalable portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of product management experience with hardware and software/services.
• Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring Product Managers in a mid-sized industrial or B2B company.
• Experience in safety, compliance, or industrial markets preferred; OSHA/ANSI/ISO familiarity helpful.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-channel portfolio with distributors and direct/eCommerce channels.
• Strong commercial instincts: P&L, pricing, and distribution vs direct models.
• Track record of end-to-end product launches; experience with digital product development.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and maintain a prioritized portfolio across physical, digital, and services.
• Own the global VWS product roadmap and align with Brady's strategy.
• Engage with distribution partners and end-customers to build compelling business cases and product-channel fit.
• Drive evolution of the portfolio into software, digital workflows, and services.
• Champion rigorous product management discipline across engineering, operations, marketing, and regional teams.
• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers across the U.S., optimizing territory management and customer satisfaction for on-site work.
• Mentor Technical Product Managers to build safety market expertise and lifecycle skills.
• Contribute to Global product leadership and align VWS strategy with Brady's growth priorities.
