Job summary

Brady Corporation, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Sr. Product Management Specialist to own product lifecycle and drive growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure timely and successful launches. Through market research and strategic planning, you will shape NPI approaches, address technical challenges, and prepare comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Proven track record of developing and launching offerings.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with global organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise new product introduction process with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for NPIs aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales and supply chain for successful launches.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the NPI process and ensure quality standards.
• Support product testing, validation, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure market readiness and training materials.
• Maintain comprehensive NPI documentation and report on project status and metrics.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback for product improvements.
