Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Director to lead global equity management from its Denver, CO base with a flexible work policy and US remote option. You will own day-to-day equity administration and oversee private-company LTIP, grants, vesting, and executive equity programs.

The role partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, Payroll and external advisors to ensure governance, data integrity and scalable processes as Vantage grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in equity compensation, equity administration, executive compensation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global equity program across employee and executive populations.
• Oversee grants, vesting, participant changes, transactions, forfeitures, and other activities.
• Administer the long-term incentive program across the private-company LTIP.
• Ensure accurate administration, documentation, reporting, and participant support.
