Responsibilities

• Partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement.
• Define target partner profiles aligned to security solutions.
• Develop partner value propositions and executive narratives tied to outcomes.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective partners; convert to productive partnerships.
• Launch pilots or proofs-of-concept in markets and scale them regionally.
• Drive partner onboarding and activation for selling Mastercard Security Solutions.
• Meet and exceed channel revenue targets with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Run regular partner governance and annual joint business planning.
• Collaborate with Mastercard direct sales, product, and marketing on partner opportunities.
• Provide feedback from partners to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market programs.
