Job summary

TAIT is seeking a seasoned VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead a global portfolio of attractions and destination experiences. You will drive commercial viability, secure resourcing, and oversee a cross‑functional team from deal structuring to closeout.

You will influence strategy with Market Leadership, ensure delivery excellence, and balance creative ambition with operational discipline across regions. This role reports to the senior leadership team to advance TAIT’s growth and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years leading delivery of complex experiential projects across multiple regions.
• Experience in performing arts, cruise line, placemaking, destination development or related sectors.
• Expertise in project delivery, scheduling, resource planning, and financial management systems.
• Strong financial acumen and track record delivering profitable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development through project closeout.
• Direct portfolio reviews to assess health, finances, and risks with timely actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, fabrication, construction, and site execution.
• Maintain governance, staffing, and delivery standards for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, production, procurement, and market leadership teams.
• Report portfolio performance to senior leadership and clients.
