Job summary

TAIT is seeking a VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead our global portfolio of attractions, destination experiences, venue developments, and complex built-environment projects.

This executive will shape strategy, resource planning, risk management, and governance while collaborating with creative, technical, production, finance, and regional teams to balance ambitious outcomes with operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management or related field.
• 15+ years leading complex experiential, performing arts, placemaking, or large-scale built-environment projects.
• Experience managing multi-region project portfolios with financial performance and risk management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Placemaking portfolio to meet margin, schedule, and quality goals.
• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development to closeout.
• Lead delivery teams through design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive profitability through disciplined project execution and risk management.
