Job summary

VulcanForms seeks a VP HSSE to lead health, safety, security and environment programs as the company scales. You will own strategy, standards, and culture across sites, driving a unified set of safety practices and digital workflows.

The role focuses on growing safety infrastructure, implementing near‑miss programs, incident investigations, and data‑driven risk management, with partnerships across Operations, HR, Legal and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience with at least 7 years in a senior or executive leadership role.
• Experience managing EHS across multiple facilities during rapid growth and geographic expansion.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA frameworks, EPA guidelines, and multi‑jurisdictional compliance.
• Hands-on experience implementing EHS technology and data-driven safety programs.
• CSP or CIH preferred; CHMM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, standards, and culture across sites with national scalability.
• Oversee incident investigations, root‑cause closure, and workers’ compensation with HR/Legal.
• Build unified safety standards and repeatable deployment frameworks for new sites.
• Standardize safety SOPs and operating procedures across facilities.
• Lead safety readiness for new sites including training ramp and ongoing programs.
• Foster a safety culture encouraging near‑miss reporting and data‑driven changes.
• Select and implement modern EHS technology and digital workflows.
• Own EHS KPIs and reporting cadence for senior leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Legal to embed EHS thinking.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and liaison with regulators.
