Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a visionary VP of Threat Protection Customer Support to define and drive the global customer support strategy. You will lead a 24x7 worldwide team, partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales, and push AI-powered service delivery to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Executive leadership experience defining and executing global customer support strategy.
Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience driving AI-powered service delivery and automation initiatives.
Strong track record managing 24x7 support operations and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for global customer support.
Lead a worldwide 24x7 technical support organization with follow-the-sun model.
Drive accountability for SLAs, response and resolution times, and backlog management.
Foster AI, analytics, and knowledge management to improve support outcomes.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Security Operations, and Sales to improve outcomes.
Recruit, develop, and retain world-class support leaders and technical talent.
