Job summary

iboss is seeking a visionary VP of Technical Support to lead our global Technical Support and Services. You will shape strategy, mentor engineers and account managers, and drive service excellence that fuels business growth across enterprise customers.

You will oversee a worldwide team, align support with product changes, and build scalable processes to improve customer outcomes while mentoring staff to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferred IT/CS.
• Experience leading and developing technical support teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong cross-different relations with global teams.
• Contribute to Global support vision and strategy for Global Customer Support and Services.
• Collaborate with team leads to address recurring issues or opportunities for product or process improvements.
• Create and submit knowledgebase entries to improve customer self-service capabilities.
• Stay abreast of product changes and train teams.
