Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role in retail solutions or tech.
• Experience engaging with large customers and peers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud systems and modern tech stacks.
• Understanding of security standards including PCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global engineering organization across multiple locations (US, Argentina, Europe, India).
• Oversee a large portfolio with substantial revenue and ensure delivery of next-gen retail technology.
• Develop and execute a cohesive technology vision and architectural roadmap across engineering, DevOps, ProdOps, QA, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with CTO and other executives to implement retail technology strategy and solutions.
