Qualifications
- 10+ years in a leadership role within retail or tech
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud systems in the industry
- Executive presence with experience engaging with large customers
- Experience managing large engineering teams (100-250+)
- History developing large-scale, scalable POS and IoT/cloud solutions
- Understanding of PCI security certifications and standards
- Experience leading software on cloud-native systems
- Familiarity with front-end, back-end, cloud and database tech
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a global engineering team across multiple locations (US, Argentina, Europe, India)
- Oversee a large business portfolio with significant revenue streams
- Craft and execute a technology vision and architectural roadmap
- Collaborate with CTO and executives to drive Retail Technology strategy
- Travel up to 15%
